If your first Persephone order isn't the right fit for your family, just reach out within 60 days of purchase and we'll give you your money back. No questions asked, and you don't need to send anything back. Keep it, pass it to a friend, or toss it. It's yours either way.

Please note that the cancellation of subscriptions, returns, and any other refunds are not covered by this Peace of Mind Promise 60-Day Money-Back guarantee.

Eligibility Requirements:

• One-Product Limitation: The peace of mind promise applies to one product per customer, per household (i.e., per shipping address).

• Bundles & Multiples: If you purchase multiple products within the same order, i.e., a "bundle," only one product from that order is eligible for a refund, and no other refunds will be permitted.

Exclusions:

• Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through www.persephone.bio. Orders placed through Amazon or other retailers are not eligible for refunds or returns through our site. Please contact the retailer directly for assistance.

• Complimentary replacement orders (except those due to shipping damage or loss) are not covered.

• Promotions may affect your entire order. Please see the specific promotion's terms and conditions for more information.

Additional Refund Information

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

• If the original payment method is no longer available, the refund will be forfeited.

• Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

• We cannot issue refunds to prepaid debit cards.

• Any store credit, rewards, or other promotional discounts applied as a payment at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
