Pro Tip: Keep the box next to wherever your routine starts, bottles, snacks, or even the coffee pot, so it’s easy to remember every day.

Pro Tip: Mix it into a smaller bottle or portion so you know your baby finishes the full serving.

Pro Tip: If you’re using the syringe method, slip it into the corner of your baby’s mouth while they’re calm for the easiest feed.

It's can be completely normal, it just means their gut is adjusting. Try starting “low and slow” with a pinch, then half a packet for a few days, then work up to a full packet. If discomfort continues for more than two weeks, pause and check in with your pediatrician.
